Product Information
EPDM rubber granules are manufactured from high-quality EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) synthetic rubber through processes including mixing, extrusion, vulcanization, and granulation. The material offers outstanding elasticity, impact absorption, and weather resistance, making it an ideal surface material for sports and recreational flooring systems.
Compared with conventional rubber materials, EPDM granules provide superior resistance to ultraviolet radiation, ozone, and temperature fluctuations. The surface remains flexible and color-stable even after long-term outdoor exposure.
EPDM granules are commonly used in cast-in-place rubber flooring systems combined with polyurethane binders to create seamless and durable sports surfaces.
Typical applications include playground safety flooring, athletics running tracks, sports courts, and outdoor fitness areas
Product AdvantagesMaintains stable color and performance under long-term outdoor sunlight exposure.
High Elasticity
Provides excellent shock absorption and safety for sports and playground applications.
Weather Resistance
Resistant to rain, temperature changes, and environmental conditions.
